We recognised that to establish good long term working relationships with PV firms we needed to understand the different needs and demands of a new industry sector and made a commitment to monitor progress and take on board feedback. From the response to date we have integrated some new benefits and changes into our systems, that allows Gateway to offer PV solar companies a bespoke and individual EPC service whilst keeping the cost very competitive.
In addition to the EPC we can offer a solar report which includes photos of the roofs and access arrangements, roof material, roof condition, calculating number of panels, shading, pitch, orientation, cable run, inverter location with loft photos and dimensions, meter type, number, location with photo etc, i.e. all the information your surveyor or engineer would normally collate at a separate visit.
