New build
On-Construction EPCs and SAP CalculationsSince April 2008 all new build properties require an On-Construction EPC for each dwelling, to be signed off by Building Control. These certificates are created directly from the SAP calculations. It is no longer acceptable to rely on the original SAP calculations done at the design stage and the assessor now needs to be responsible for the SAP calculations, Predicted Energy Assessments and On-Construction EPCs for the new build property. We have been delivering these for clients on a national basis since they were introduced.
