Residential EPCs
Landlords must provide EPCs when their property changes hands with effect from 1 October 2008. We are now actively delivering this service on rental properties nationally, both single dwelling and on larger portfolios. A number of landlords are starting to address the issue of EPCs to ensure that they are compliant ahead of the property being next marketed.
We have a fixed national fee for EPCs per self contained dwelling, but houses of multiple occupancy with more than five bedrooms, will require a quotation. We can also take into account individuals who have large portfolios and require a quotation based on a block booking.
For Registered Social Landlords and Local Authorities, we will price based on the requirements of the tender or negotiate large portfolio rates.
Floor-plans can again be added into the EPC at an additional cost (see Domestic Energy)
